Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and drive business growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high performance across all departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Monitor performance, analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.
- Lead operations, Drive strategy, Build the future with us.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operational management, process improvement and cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
